Terms and Conditions

Dear spree-ers, please take note of the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Strictly NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS UPON CONFIRMATION!
2. All matters will be communicated through email - atspree@gmail.com
   
3. All items / orders confirmed are not refundable nor exchangeable.
4. atSpree will not accept a refund/exchange of goods due to product discrepancy or due to measurement issues.
   # all available description of the items will be stated on the site. Please read carefully before ordering
5. We will not accept any refund/exchange of goods due to colorations
   # note that the colours of each item shown on the web may differ slightly from the actual product due to the different monitor resolutions for different computer brand, etc. Thus we don't guarantee is the same color as you saw on your screen.
6. All payments must be made within 3 days after order is been confirmed.
   # orders will be canceled if payments is not received within 3 days after confirmation.
   # payment make after 3 days, order will still be taken as void. No refund will be given.
   # if in case where we are unable to contact you, your order will be posted for sale. No refund will be given either.
   
7. Payments by Bank Transfer only.
8. Customer will be notified via email when the stocks is ready for postage
9. Collection of orders is strictly by Singpost Normal Postage only
10. atSpree will not be accountable for lost or damage of item(s) that occur during or after the delivery by supplier or local postman.
    # atSpree will always opt for register post from supplier (which mean shipment will cost slightly higher)
    # atSpree recommend customer to opt for local register post (additional SGD4 to be bear by customer)
11. atSpree reserved the right to reject any orders at all times
12. atSpree will request for second payment whenever required (e.g: when initial shipping charges is not enough to covered)
13. atSpree may choose to close the spree earlier or later depending on orders
14. atSpree will not liable for any mistakes made by the supplier nor the customer
    
15. If you are not comfortable with the above T&C, don’t join the spree!
